SARA LYNN’S PHILLY CHEESESTEAK QUESADILLA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

1 small gluten-free tortillas

1 tbsp olive oil

¼ red onion, diced

½ green bell pepper, diced

½ cup cremini mushrooms, sliced

¼ tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper, to taste

horseradish, to taste

3 slices roast beef

¼ cup provolone, shredded

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan.

Cook onion, pepper and mushrooms, until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic powder, horseradish, salt and pepper and cook for another 30 seconds. Set aside.

On one tortilla, layer half of the cheese, roast beef and the pepper mixture.

Top with the other half of the cheese and finally, the second tortilla.

Return it to the frying pan and cook for one minute on each side.
